Is there a single player that hasn't improved since Lampard came in? The poor have got better I.e. Lati and Da Silva and the good have become great. Haji, EMC, Torp, Thomas and Kitching. I wasn't sure when we hired him but he's been an absolute revelation when it comes to player development.
