    How long, accountability ?

The single biggest issue facing the club, playing in Northampton, is entirely their own doing and they must accept full responsibility for it. Issues surrounding past rent costs can be blamed on past owners, but not the move.

Key players in Coventry City saga backing petition calling for parliamentary inquiry

When it comes to football people see what they want to see. Its the same principle as fans seeing "clear" fouls that a ref misses, and replays show didn't actually happen.

Key players in Coventry City saga backing petition calling for parliamentary inquiry

If both sides are willing to open up their books for scrutiny and submit evidence, then why dont the FA step in and hold an investigation themselves? Oh actually I just remembered why, they dont give a shit. If it nothing comes of this petition I fully expect sisu to come up with the...

    The next 10 games

At this time of year the most difficult games are those against the bottom.

    Discussion about Petition

In which case you would have got a petition calling on football to generally reform itself, after which the FL would have generally agreed to reform, meaning absolutely nothing would have changed at all.

    Petition for grilling

I doubt the courts would be interested in some of the petty squabbles that occur on here.

    Petition for grilling

So you would have no issue with someone bringing a court case against you? Also, when have ACL tried to stop it?

    Where will we finish?

Towards the end of the season teams at the bottom are usually the worst to have to play against!

    Sisu and the £1m?

so you agree its a windfall for sisu rather than the club?

    Sisu and the £1m?

What do you think I'm suggesting? My understanding of accounts is that at the start of the financial year the clubs budget will have been set, at which point we are told sisu would be funding the losses for the coming year. Now it would seem that they have had an unbugeted windfall, of...

    Petition for grilling

Thank you for your enlightening view. Can you just answer then why acl accounts have never shown the council taken money out of the company? Also, if acl have never made a profit (according to you), where has this money come from for the council to take?

    Where will we finish?

Either way, this team is a top 6 team at best. With the -10 we needed to be a top 2 team to stand a chance.

    Petition for grilling

Interesting that acl accounts have never shown the council taking money out of the ground. I suppose the accounts could have been a mess so it would all be OK in that case.

    Sisu and the £1m?

Nothing wrong with using the money to fund the clubs losses. However, it means that sisu aren't funding all the losses. Therefore that particular credit to sisu can't be given. They can't have it both ways, wanting praise for funding the losses whilst using money generated from unexpected...

    Where will we finish?

Add the 10 points back on and I see a team a team 2 points off the play offs.

    Game off.

Good job the league approved the move to sixfields so we could fulfill our fixtures

    Where will we finish?

No we need 40 points. Only the very top teams are going to get anywhere near that.
