I was 7 in 1960 and I would say that picture predates that. I can't make out what the model of the car is in the background parked up outside what became the apprentices living accomodation which may give a clearer indication of when the photo was taken. Anyone got an idea?

It’s the West Stand terrace. The original West End terrace (seen to the left ) was demolished/ dismantled to make way for the West stand. There was some connection with Twickenham, we either bought the roof from or sold it to the RFU, I can’t remember.
