    Time for Plain Speaking

Well I personally think that sisu should have bought the Higgs share, which would have put them in a position to get a great rent deal. Then after a year or so, once they have proven to be competent owners of the Ricoh and a year of cooperation with CCC, the council might be more willing to...

    Time for Plain Speaking

Yep, a right wing conservative capitalist like myself couldn't wait to throw my weight behind a left wing socialist labour council. All those years growing up, attending games all over the country, in all weather, all I thought about during those games was how wonderful it would be for the club...

    Mark Labavitch

So what does Mark Labovitch actually do? What would be the consequences for the club of him getting a debilitating case of genital warts rendering him unable to work?

That's what I was getting at. CCFC would benefit from the shares in ACL, the freehold would have very little benefit to the day to day running of the club. Sisu would benefit from the freehold, the small profits generated by ACL would be of little use to sisu in getting their money back...

Your wasting your time spider. He is blinded by hate for the council to the point that all logic goes out the window. He clearly has no idea about how the laws which limit what a local authority can do. He also seems to have little regard for the democratic process that legitimises council...

The issue there though is that what is right for Sisu isn't necessarily what is right for CCFC.

Labovitch on BBC CWR at 6 tonight

I found it funny at the start where he claimed the football financial expert (the one who had just claimed the accounts to be a disaster) shouldn't be listened to as he was only a former PR man and therefore knew nothing about football. Yet Mark Labovitch is a former PR man himself, so was that...

Coventry City Council have Failed CCFC

You mean CCFC and ACL conspired against Yorkshire Bank's financial interest? That's illegal according to Mark Labovitch. Your accusing CCFC of illegal activity?

    Apathy

As I've said a million times on this thread already people are entitled to their own opinion. However this myth that all sides are responsible (presented as fact, not opinion) is alienating the majority who will simply walk away.
