    Higgs vs CCFC Court Row

I was thinking that myself. Surely the judge cannot make a decision on whether Higgs and CCC conspired against Sisu before the Juducial Review. The way I see it is, Higgs have a signed agreement that costs will be awarded to them if the deal to but the Ricoh doesn't go ahead (that doesn't seem...

And I would also argue that kcic have no legitimacy to claim they are representative (despite me personally agreeing with most of their actions)

Then using that logic it's better to live under an effective dictator rather than a weak democratic leader? The point is whatever issues you have with the sbt you can change by joining and persuading the majority of your viewpoint. That simply isn't possible with the sgc.

Whether they represent 90% or not isn't relevant. What is relevant is the sbt is the only remotely democratic fan group, therefore the only one with any legitimacy. Like me I'm sure you don't agree with everything the sbt or the scg says. However the time has come to decide whether you...

    for one game

The problem with this is you'll get the spineless lot bleating on about how we shouldn't protest during games and we should get behind the lads etc.

AFC Dons fans helping us out

You might want to direct your judgemental comments to the Wimbledon fans as well then.

Will you be handing them out tomorrow night for fans to hold up?

    Supporters consultative group minutes?

Behave yourself, don't ask awkward questions, don't criticise the owners, and toe the line, otherwise your out ;)

    Supporters consultative group minutes?

I'm confused by what legitimacy the SGC thinks it has? I may not agree with everything the SBT does, but at least its leadership is elected. Who appointed the SGC leadership? How can one of us stand for election to its leadership? Does it feel it represents the majority viewpoint of those it...

    Battered Fish a PR stunt?

Is it not just more likely that Fisher is an arrogant smug twat who didn't realise what would happen?

New Stadium Plans look good - 25,000 capacity!

I did check. Between 1994 and 2012 15k would have been too small.

New Stadium Plans look good - 25,000 capacity!

What facts? Prior to championship relegation in 2012, the last time a 15k stadium (whilst accounting for segregation) was 1994. That's 20 years ago.

    Questions for Simon Gilbert

But aren't there rules about non matchday income being used for FFP? I might be wrong, but I thought for instance a concert couldn't be used in the calculation? Surely that wouldn't change even if the club owned ACL?

I though ACL had already offered the club the ability to cross invoice matchday turnover for the purpose of FFP even under a rental deal?

I think this is one of those situations where it might not be right but he certainly had it coming. Its a bit like leaving your front door open all day every day whilst going out. Eventually you will come back to discover all your furniture gone. Doesn't mean its acceptable that you've been...

What is it with all this 'I've lost interest' & 'The club id dead to me' Crap?

I agree. Whilst I don't agree with many of his opinions, I appreciate that running a forum like this is a thankless task and it should be remembered that he has a difficult job to do.

Dropping out of the Football League ?

The maximum points we can get this season is 69. We wont be able to get promoted this year on that. Hence why, whilst neither scenarios are likely, it would be possible for the club to be in the conference by August 2015, but it couldn't be in the premiership by then.
