    Attendances

Which will continue unfortunately. Albion sales are poor, Bristol City won't bring many for a Cat A in December, and there will be very few Swansea fans. Expect Charlton to bring a load though.

    Atmosphere

If you want an example of what expectations can do, this Leicester game is a prime example. Silence and now getting toxic. A world away from how we backed the team during a difficult spell this time last season. We really have very little to worry about.

    Atmosphere

Usually the limited allocations generate the best at atmosphere. Last season Oxford and Luton away, this year Oxford was decent enough. Not sure what the ballot achieves, it's the same people at those games that were there last night in the main. It was just an off day.

    Can the arrogance finally stop?

It is one thing to be confident - we should be - but it has veered into arrogance for some. There were many who were absolutely convinced we would win last night, not confident, certain. Throwing out stats and rolling their eyes at any suggestion it might be a game where we came unstuck. I'm...

    Atmosphere

Just take that one on the chin. Wrexham fan I know says that's the best home atmosphere for a good while there. They were just on it tonight it seems, there was a bit of backs to the wall after Tuesday and they rallied. Fair play. It reminded me a bit of that Peterborough Friday night game a few...

    Atmosphere

Bit dramatic. It has fallen off for sure, but not nearly as much as you're stating. Expectation and nervousness plays a part, I'm weirdly more nervous at games this season than I've been for a good while. At home, last couple of games have been flat, but hardly silent, still better than many in...

    Matchday Ticket Prices

Last season's game was a bank holiday fixture late in the season with both teams in the play off mix. Just feel this year, in November, early kick off with them not pulling up any trees, at £45, it will be a real struggle. I guess we'll find out soon enough.

    Matchday Ticket Prices

It's not a game that means much to either set of fans really, certainly not a rivalry. Albion's away followings have been below ours for several seasons (a reflection of the trajectories of the club's in recent years more than anything else tbf). They won't sell out for this. Cat A might have...

    Matchday Ticket Prices

Slagging? Bit dramatic. Doug is great, love the guy. These prices I don't agree with though. Perhaps having the ability to hold those two thoughts in my head at the same time makes me weird.

    Matchday Ticket Prices

Are they? Genuine question because I'm not seeing any evidence of it. Both Derby and Leicester charged as little as £7 for kids iirc. We'll charge them £35.

    Matchday Ticket Prices

What's that got to do with backing him? He has more backing than pretty much any owner in football, and rightly so. If perfectly possible to appreciate what he has done and raise concerns over pricing when you feel it crosses a line. £160 for a family of 4 is a lot. And not everyone can get a...

    Matchday Ticket Prices

We're about to get 31,500 against SU. That's how many we can now get. If the crowd against Albion is 28K (my estimate), that's 3,500 fewer people buying tickets, 3,500 fewer people spending money at the ground and there is no option to open ST resale (as happened for Blackburn and will for SU)...

    Matchday Ticket Prices

Cat A for Bristol City is a bit odd. They don't travel particularly well and the lead up to Xmas is typically when gates across the country are at their lowest. I love what King has done for the club, but remain critical on this one issue, and do feel this is a bit of a false economy. Got away...

    New Fan Village

Shame it doesn't open until 10am as was going to give it a go, but usually get to early kick offs at 9. Good that they have responded to feedback so quickly.

    New Fan Village

Dhillons was very busy yesterday with very few away fans in there. There's room for it. A couple of people I was with left for the fans village and then came back. When you're getting 30K gates we need as many venues as possible. It's good that the fans village was busy and the extra revenue is...

Match Thread Coventry City - Blackburn Rovers Match Thread - Saturday 18th Oct

Did wonder if they'd have much seating but looks good and sure it will be popular. Do hope there are more beer outlets out of shot otherwise queues won't be pretty.

    Stadium update

It's perfectly ok to be delighted to see these changes but also question the execution, which all seems a bit rushed. It's not a big deal though, those seats are filled every week, it's more the symbolism.

Match Thread Coventry City - Blackburn Rovers Match Thread - Saturday 18th Oct

Tough game today. They're better than their current position and have had two good wins on the road. In previous seasons, after a few wins you almost felt we were due a loss and half expected it, but this team is built different so we have to be confident, but this is far from a formality...

    New Fan Village

Still go to dhillons every week and still busy despite the £3.60 offer. Agree about the main room being too noisy, but still like it down there. Getting served is no issue, even last season would hardly need to queue at all. Handy for 12.30 games opening so early. With 30K gates it'll be fine...

    Wrexham Away

Bit annoying. I will be ok at 1940, but my lad at 1870. Know loads who bought for Millwall just for the points, but I refuse to do it and suspect we now miss out, especially as supporters clubs get an allocation for anyone with 1700+. Take away a few hundred for corporate and families and don't...
