    If I recall, when Frasers bought there was a huge list of maintenance work needed to be done as Wasps had cut back. Do we know how much of that was completed by Frasers?

    Looks like it is. Arena, casino, and hotel all in. Obviously the casino and hotel are run by separate companies, but we should be now getting the rent from them. We’ve become a landlord from being a tenant
