Loans aren't necessarily cheap as often the parent club demands a loan fee - which can be substantial - as well as requiring that some or all of the player's wages are covered.

As I think most of us thought earlier in the season, when we had to play Torp in a deeper role, he is much better when playing further up the field.

Well said 👍 I don’t recall MR being an instant hit with us and he turned out to be one of the best, arguably the best given the state the club was in, managers we have ever had.
