    How many England fans ?

They're probably worried they'll mysteriously disappear if they let a flag in they aren't supposed to.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Thats exactly the point, nobody can now how those that didn't vote would have voted or even why they didn't vote. Its the same as claiming theres no point having another vote as everybody knew exactly what they were voting for and nobody would change their vote. My vote certainly wouldn't be...

    Scummy people

Guess it comes down to proof. The hoax call will come from a phone not registered to anyone. Then the ambulance or fire crews will be pelted by people hidden in the shadows no doubt with their faces covered. That said make the penalties if they are caught much more severe. Hoax call is a...

48% of those who voted. 35% of registered voters, 31% of voting age population or 25% of total population.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

That would only be true if leavers weren't constantly going on about the will of the people. You're drawing a conclusion about those who didn't vote to suit you preference when in reality you can have no idea what a higher turnout would have meant to the end result. You can't claim something is...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Been a few posts on here where you've implied people shouldn't have a say in things but calling the result of a vote totally irrelevant is a bit much!

    The World Cup Thread

Great cross, always good when you see them look first so you know it was intentional rather than just hitting it in the right general area and hoping for the best. Not so great the rolling round on the floor holding his head.

    The Gigs Thread

Same for me. Don't see the point of spending a small fortune on tickets and then getting so paralytic you don't know whats going on or have any memory of it! Not sure why its acceptable at gigs really. If you went to the theatre and were constantly getting up to go to the bar and stumbling...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Wasn't 52% of voters it was 52% of those who voted. Its a subtle but important difference as only 37% of registered voters put an x in the leave box. That equates to 34% of voting age population or 27% of total population. If Cameron hadn't been so sure he was going to win a bit more thought...

Trade is only one issue with the border. You have to work out what to do with people for starters. If we're not part of free movement then surely it needs a hard border? If you don't have that what stops it being a free for all, any EU citizen comes to Ireland and then just walks over the...

    Wasps current finances & hope

Wasn't just the timing was it? Wasn't it that the owner putting in money didn't count towards income as far as the bond conditions were concerned. That's one of the things they voted on in that meeting I think, to change the conditions of the bond.

    Court Case Thread! June 2018

Correct but the winner at this point probably won't mean too much as the other side will just appeal. Eventually, potentially years yet, we'll get to the end of the whole process and someone has to win.

    Court Case Thread! June 2018

That would be down to the judge as there's not a whole lot of similar cases for him to use as a comparison. It could be anything from a slap on the wrist for the council to the whole deal being unwound and done again in the correct manner. Two extremes that are unlikely. More likely is that...

    Court Case Thread! June 2018

There's a simple solution to that. A term of the lease to tie the club and stadium together. You can create a lease that is to all intents and purposes the freehold, by giving it a length longer than the life of the stadium say 250 years for example!

Poll: How long will Trump be President?

The CEO of Harley Davidson: "Our decision to move some of our operations is 100% based on President Trumps tariffs. Mr. Trump knows nothing about economics and even less about trade. The man is a moron."

Poll: How long will Trump be President?

What's the America's equivalent of the Dublin agreement? You're ignoring the fact that they aren't turning up to cross illegally, they are trying to present themselves at legal entry points and make their claim there. They are being blocked from doing so which is actually in breach of...
