Not too sure Rev. Although widening is definately going on in the vast majority of the M25 up to 4-5 and even 6 lanes on the busiest stretches( junction 8 M4 turn off round underneath London to Dartford Tunnel) ;)

Try 6(SIX) Junctions 12-15 have been 6 lanes for quite a number of years now. Widening is going on all around the M25. ;)

For £13.6m two stations with seating for 16 people. Just thinking out loud here...For half of that cost, SISU could have had 32.000 seats less than one hundred yards away!
