I've not had anything with 16 that made me feel like the CPU has decided I'm going to fuck up whether I like it or not, but I'm exclusively Master League only. No online for me, it's a scary world filled with bad people.
Fitness isn't a problem that comes with age, it's more wear and tear. You can absolutely get fitter at 34, but the age tends to come with more of a risk of injury too.
I'd have thought the higher up the parent club, the more likely they are to fund a loan themselves as it's about developing their players with game time.
