Just mentioned on another thread, but Assomblobomblou (I know it's wrong!) should be in the squad - think he would scare that old Bostock at the back (as would Jones)

As well as Jones, I think Assomblobomomlou should be on the bench (sorry, couldn't be bothered to look up the correct spelling) for the unknown / pace factor - especially if that old Bostock is at the back for them.

Feeling more upbeat about this game. Two of their main players Samuelson and Zakuani away on international call up together with a NI defender. Only need to worry about their Maddison IMHO (although Forrester is a decent player too). COME ON CITY !!!

The April fixtures will make or break us - they are not an easy run. Coupled with no maddison, Armstrong for Pboro and Colchester and we need Murphy or similar to hit a purple patch!

A couple of memories for me were against Everton (IIRC) when a mass snowball fight broke out between the City fans and the Everton fans (IIRC) who were 'caged' in the section of the Spion Kop nearest the main stand. Until I remembered that, I had forgotten that they put the away fans in that bit...

We all hoped for a result, but many of us feared the worst. However, other results have been a real bonus. Need to get up there on Saturday and get behind them. Next 2 games are winnable (despite our current slump).
