Even before Christmas our performances were uneven and inconsistent. We got ourselves into a great position, but promotion was dependant on us kicking on from there and really establishing ourselves as a quality side.

Why? Everyone was saying he would be gone in January but it never happened.

Never bought into Cole will set our season alight hysteria. It was a risk worth taking but has flopped. there has been lots of factors I am sure but he is one of the reasons our season stalled in my opinion.

JOB played his part during all of this and like the players you have rightly highlighted, he didn't offer much of an option either. I don't know what has happened off the pitch or at training.....but why should it be Mowbreys fault? JOB seemed as keen to go as Mowbrey wanting him to go.
