I'm just trying to work out how a 10 year old report is relevant. Have I missed something?

The order is set out in the Insolvency Act 1986 surely? Shown in the post by Duffer (957). The only change is HMRC becoming a preferred creditor in 2020 for PAYE / NI / VAT etc. collected by the insolvent company on behalf of HMRC

2 wins and 1 or 2 draws would be nice, and the 5 after that will go a long way to defining where we are. 4 of those are at home. Blackpool, Blackburn, Wigan, and QPR

Still a ridiculously high rate. During the time the bond has been in issue there have been times when it was a struggle to get 1% Obviously it reflected the risk, as all investments do.

Just goes to show though to take anything said with a massive pinch of salt. This is an article from a couple of weeks ago with similarly positive headline. https://www.independent.co.uk/sport/joe-launchbury-wasps-high-court-gallagher-premiership-bath-b2174925.html It's massively in anyone's...

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

It's been suggested that the starting time is at the beginning of the first working day and that it ends at the end of 10th day which would be close of business today, but what I have read suggests it's from the actual time of application - 15.29 to the same time 10 working days later, so if...

I think it was a penalty. It started outside the box, but as I understand the rule, if it's a foul and contact continues into the box then it's a penalty. Frame 1 appears to show the defender's foot making contact with Vic's foot just outside the box, but it appears from frame 2 that the contact...

So it's 3.29 on Wednesday, and if I read that correctly they have to apply for a second 10-day extension prior to that date / time

    The wind of change.............

I make it 8 out of the next 12 at home. Even so, and taking into account our mediocre home record, should be enough to see us climb out of the bottom 3. We do play Burnley, Sheff U, and Watford in that run though.

    2012 comparison.

Exactly, it could even be argued that the defence was no better, I didn't rate Hussey or Clarke. You have to look who the poster is to determine the motive behind the post.

Transfer Rumour Kasey Palmer - Confirmed

It seems like he wasn't good enough for Chelsea, so they farmed him out on loan to Huddersfield (twice), Derby, Blackburn, and Bristol City, who decided he was worth a contract. He also played a number of times for young England teams including 6 games for under 21s. His development has...
