But that's my point... It isn't over yet, there is yet to be a conclusion, there is no right, wrong, black or white yet. And I suspect that even when the legal system has been exhausted there will be doubts about this case. So you are certainly not wrong, not yet anyway, just a long way off...

You do indeed, and eventually there will be a black or a white. But right now there is a way to go and we are still in varying degrees of grey until this whole sordid mess is finally resolved.

Blimey this is hard work. The reason we are having this conversation and the reason this thread was bumped is because the appeals body has said that new evidence has come to light that will aid the defence case. So yes, we do know that there is.

Perhaps because there IS evidence and reasonable suspicion? Do you know there is not?

So you agree that all possibilities should be explored and both parties questioned re their version of events? As would be the case in any other area of law?
