    But that's my point... It isn't over yet, there is yet to be a conclusion, there is no right, wrong, black or white yet. And I suspect that even when the legal system has been exhausted there will be doubts about this case. So you are certainly not wrong, not yet anyway, just a long way off...

    Blimey this is hard work. The reason we are having this conversation and the reason this thread was bumped is because the appeals body has said that new evidence has come to light that will aid the defence case. So yes, we do know that there is.
