I really don't think anybody has called him out as a bad player? In fact I think everyone sees his potential? But the fact remains he hasn't fully established himself here. At the moment he is a good bench player rather than a starter. Only he can change that perception.

For me the trouble Lati had last season was he was chopped and changed too much from week to week. If you are moved into an alternative position you deserve two or three games on the bounce to acclimatise, before being judged.
