Great isn't it - nothing for us to play for (apart from hoping that the Saints go up rather than the Hammers) - but focusing our football luck on Villa going down to make at least part of the season memorable!

Whilst it is annoying we can't play them - it still would be funny if they went down! And, if everything goes well - perhaps play them in the Champ in 2013/14. Or, even better, pass them if we go up and they go down again! (Very unlikely though!).

Seems fair enough. Since moving away, I tend to watch more away games, and only get to the Ricoh a few times a season, (at the same time as a visit to relatives!). Fans at the away games appear to sing more and try to create an atmosphere - which is much easier in a small part of a stadium...

True - but when I moved down here about 10 years ago, believed that our stay in the Championship would be short-lived and took the mick out of Bristol C fans - who, after the result on Sat, have been happy to rub it in!

Whilst I am looking forward to a few new grounds nearby (Yeovil, Exeter, Bournemouth and Torquay - perhaps depending on relegation and promotion) - the mickey taking has got even worse from the locals in the last few weeks!
