In my lifetime (I started going in 1975) this was, and to this day still is, the best Coventry City side there has ever been, by a long chalk. We could beat any team if we were anywhere near our best . We had pace, skill right across the pitch and an ability to get stuck in where it was needed...

I think you'll find that those who buy season tickets next season are very unlikely to be fresh blood. They'll be continuing from this season and are used to it. They won't give a toss what the opinion on here is. I'm a season ticket holder who won't be renewing. Do I giver a toss ? Not at all.

It could be that both are true. For some reason I seem to have it in my head that the driver deliberately killed himself after the match on his way home , though it could have been an accident. I didn't know about the other event but that's bloody terrible as well.

Seriously, that is surely doable, its also funny like the pigs - and probably cheaper. between us all we could get thousands of the little buggers through the turnstiles.

That was the replay we lost 5-0. A city fan died on the way home by smashing his car into a motorway bridge. I recall it being headlines in the Sun/.Mirror which commented that "he had CCFC tattoed on his left hand" I was a teenager but it has always stayed with me. I was shocked.

It would disrupt the game. It only has to be done once. Perhaps we should blow them on 5 mins and then throw them. Do you think it was wrong what happened at Charlton ? Did a lot of people get annoyed by it ?
