    Full Q and A's

Was at the doctors waiting with a a room full of people who were being subjected to a loud screaming patient complaining vociferously about their doctor. I wasn't feeling great and that SISU had answered some questions the way they had just made me feel worse. I apologise for any offence caused...

    Full Q and A's

There can't be many people who will still be defending SISU after reading their answers unless they are care in the community patients, work for SISU or need a CAT/MRI scan urgently. My friend who runs a small business just looked at the details that have been provided by both sides and as a...

How much did ACL & the Council actually put in

Or that the rent debt wasn't being eliminated which seems likely to me given previous SISU statements. Although it could be something minor that was left out of the headlines but then if it was minor then why not just dismiss it to get a deal done.

Half stakes for sale - £4m and £40m

But I thought that ACL didn't or hadn't paid any dividends/money to the shareholders.

How much did ACL & the Council actually put in

If they want to break even so desperately, why did they reject the last offer from ACL which to me seemed very reasonable?

Half stakes for sale - £4m and £40m

This story sounds like horse manure, why should the Charity set up by Sir Higgs (or his grandad or whoever) to benefit the people of Coventry be out of pocket. Also it would be the lease surely not the freehold that someone would be buying which isn't what I read in the article.

How much did ACL & the Council actually put in

There was also the cost of decontamination of the land I've just remembered.

How much did ACL & the Council actually put in

Yes it was my understanding that BR was the one who persuaded Tesco to get involved. Can't imagine it took much persuading Tesco are always on the lookout for land, but he did get a very large sum out of them, more than I think some thought it was worth.

Of course they do - Ryton.

    Time to go Tim

What I don't understand is why SISU didn't try and negotiate instead of just withholding rent. Yes the rent is too high and the ACL offers have reduced that, had they been taken up. However where was SISU when it must have been fairly obvious more than a year ago that the rent was too high. Why...

    What if ACL ...

Yes I think so, SISU obviously don't want to pay the rent and rejected very good offers, the charity is irrelevant it's just got a seat (or two?) on the board and could be out voted.

Why should clubs be docked points

So let me get this straight, * 01.SISU buy our beloved football club after paying off HMRC/CO-OP Bank, 02.SISU don’t negotiate the rent with ACL at this time or make any provisions for doing so if we are relegated, 03.We get relegated, 04.They then don’t attempt to negotiate the rent and just...

    Club Statement on remaining games

Have the fl said no? Not sure Have other clubs said no because they don't believe they will get paid? Probably Have the rozzers said it's too dangerous and asking for trouble? Possibly Have SISU run out of ideas? Definitely!

    Club Statement on remaining games

Which two groups? Can't have been getting ACL to talk to anyone as they've already said that the games could be played at the RICOH. CCFC ltd in admin and CCFC Holdings maybe?

Some answers to some of the many questions

I thought and I may well be wrong on this that the Charity legally had to sell the shares for the same or more than they paid for them. Therefore if that is the case there isn't any option to offer their shares at a reduced rate to someone (even if it was SISU, or Gary Hoff, the Hoff, KITT etc.)...
