I’m open to believing it’s bollox. SISU may just be ‘being visible’ at doing what they need to. On the other hand; the Council haven’t been doing what they need to for years too.

Isn’t it SISU’s part in dropping the legals ? The council need to back it. Legals will be dropped and a rent agreement can be struck at the Ricoh. I would expect there to be some kind of binding legal agreement to prevent a bluff on the build.
