Both were poor, but at least Torp can improve. Allen is tiny, slow and seemingly unable to do anything other than play the safest pass. Having him anchoring our midfield was a joke.
Tell you what we certainly shouldn’t be getting “hyped” after that load of bollocks today. We probably need to create an actual chance before we think about challenging for the top few places in the league.
That was pretty crap to be honest. Terrible first half. Improved 2nd but still didn’t create a decent chance. Midfield was nowhere. Not throwing my toys out the pram just yet but it is disappointing.
Our support was top though.
The midfield choices just aren't balanced. I suspect Robins doesn't trust Palmer, Torp or Rudoni enough defensively (yet) to start 2 of them together so as soon as Sheaf is out, in comes Allen.
