I said this earlier in the thread, admitting it was the best course of action. We'll have Waghorn & Walker available, no risk of extended ban & it takes effect immediately meaning he misses the games v Blackburn & Preston away which tbh I'm not sure he'd have started anyway.

E3 is a very large 'catch all' charge of "improper conduct", covers all manner of things from foul & abusive language as you said to stuff off the field as well such as social media posts etc. I'm not sure on the exact rulings on "successful deception of a match official" which is the charge...
