Carsley went back to work under Rioch when Robins came to club a few weeks back. It was in the papers / Vital Coventry & Cov Mad. Carsley seems to work with the development squad and also under Rioch. Best place for him and I mean this in the nicest way. Ricoh and him have a good partnership...
