An experienced centre back has to be the number one priority. The defence is so poorly organised, we desperately need someone in who can sort that out.

Obviously don’t know about his fitness but I thought taking him off was a mistake yesterday. I’d have probably taken Rudoni off ahead of him if we wanted to change the system.
