Everyone was so keen to proclaim ourselves "best fanbase" in the league when things were going well. Saying its up to the players, well thats basically admitting we are no better than every other team in the league. (there's nothing wrong with that, but everyone will be talking the fanbase up...

There were 1000 at Cov on xmas day. But the weather was really poor this morning which i expect put a lot of people off. And i think there was also a parkrun last saturday, so thats three in the space of just over a week.

Yes it didn't really bother me as i wasn't interested in getting involved in a "race" today. Which is why i plumped for Bedworth over Coventry..... if i went to Cov then there will be people there quicker than me and it is easy to get dragged into going faster..... and after racing yesterday...

After a good nights sleep last night, i decided to go and have a jog round Bedworth Parkrun. Despite the 8am announcement saying it was on, by the time i arrived at around 8:40 it had been cancelled again. But i was now warmed up and already soaked from the rain, so ran the course as a tempo...

Went London today to run the Podium Mile in Battersea Park. A strange course.... first 300mtr on the track, then out down the main drive, around the bandstand and back, and another lap on the track to finish. Ran a very disappointing 5:18 It was pretty windy, and some tight turns...

You would prefer to replace the sole unique song/anthem we have, and revert to songs we have copied from the 90 other clubs that generally all sing the same crap.....?

PUSB may well be "dull" (someone else's words, not mine) But its one thing we've got which is unique to CCFC....... we aren't the "best atmosphere in the league", nor do we have a stack of other unique songs. Will be a very sad day if its gets ditched for good.

I imagine the Sunderland forum this evening will be a hotbed of rational thought too

I remember us taking a really poor number to Leeds away one boxing day (less than 1500), during early championship years. That would seem unthinkable now.

We took 299 to Hull first time round in the championship (as famously reminded at every opportunity by WestHullTiger on the GMK forum)

The most alarming thing is the poster later on claimed to have been supporting the club for "decades". If he/she is actually over the age of 18 i'd be extremely worried.
