Thanks guys ! As for other management sims I haven't found an awful lot, theres nothing for the PS3 except a LMA PSP Minis game which is like a cut down version of the game. And Football Manager is only on PC i think... I may be wrong. Any suggestions for a replacement would make me happy :)
