You don't think Dasilva's was a red? There's no way Kitching is getting back, their lad was away. One second after the impact he'd have been one on one with Collins. If that was Wright and it wasn't given we'd be going crazy.
It took me years to get used to Clive's commentary style. Every time the ball gets near the opposition's box he makes it sound like a goal is imminent. You then watch the highlights and see one of our players slice a 25 yard shot nearly out for a throw-in or something.
Agree with what lots of others have said, its much more stressful watching on TV or listening to CWR. Being there in person with 28K others feeling the same emotions as I am makes me feel much calmer.
As shit as we've been away from home against teams set up with a low block, our home record is exceptional. The fact Middlesbrough have to come at us will help as well. Its not as if they are coming to us in any sort of form themselves.
I think we'll rise to the occasion like we have in...
Its more frustrating than usual because he'd played so well until the goal. I'd argue it was even worse than the Burnley one as that was a "to me, to you" moment with Kitching. The Luton goal was sheer madness.
Imagine he plays and makes another howler that costs us a top 6 place.
We could get promoted and Preston relegated with us having lost more league games than Preston. Surely that has never happened before?!

I think it will be more an immediate sense of frustration if we end up losing our last 3 and miss out on the play-offs by, say, 1 point.
But yes it'd hard to say the season hadn't been largely positive given where we were when Lampard came in.
Because the scenario is the same isn’t it?
win and we’re guaranteed top 6 (unless Millwall win 5-0 at Burnley) and a draw is enough if Millwall and Blackburn don’t win. And even then we might sneak in if Bristol lose both.
We’re slightly less likely to finish 5th is the only downer.
I've lost count of the number of times over the years we've come against a team that has had to use it's back-up keeper. Not once has it ever resulted in said keeper being anything other than solid and dependable. Yet here we are with two keepers to choose from and shitting ourselves that...
We'd be 5th if we beat Luton and Bristol City don't beat Leeds. They're only 1 point ahead of us.
We'd also be 5th if we draw at Luton and Bristol C lose by 3 or more at Leeds.
No average or better Championship keeper is conceding that 2nd goal, in fact I'd have saved that and I'm 49 and stopped playing in goal for the Black Dog in Weymouth in 1995.
