Yep, Ticketmaster won't sort it so have told me to call the club. I have a number now but no one is answering.

Does anyone know a direct number for the ticket office that doesn't redirect me to Ticketmaster? Or any other CCFC 02476 number that can put me through to them? Thanks

I want those seats as we're part of a larger group. Ticket master have now told me to phone the club back to sort it out.

Ticket master did all the application again while I was on the phone to them, zebra just say they must have done it wrong. If I start the process again I don't think I can re-select my seats as they already allocated to that application even though it's not been completed?

Phoned zebra at lunchtime, they've not received anything from Ticketmaster. Phoned ticket master back and after waiting in a queue the guy went to put me through to a manager and I got cut off. Tried phoning the club again to see if they could sort it only to find out the ticket office is...

Just got off the phone to Ticketmaster, they have had to do all the finance application again. Hopefully i'll get the confirmation from Zebra today.

Spoken to the office at the Butts this lunchtime, they assure me Ticketmaster have to sort it out. Ticketmaster have already told me it's not their issue. Hoping someone calls me back this afternoon!

24 hours on and still heard nothing despite them saying they would call me back within an hour. Looks like I'll be picking the phone up again on Monday.....

Had no joy so far....... Finance company weren't interested, told me to phone ticket master. Ticket master couldn't help so told me to phone ccfc and gave me a number of 0333 3213134. They couldn't help so put me through to box office at the butts. The lad there was working cover as the normal...

Did it last weekend. Received confirmation of purchase from club but nothing from finance company.

I have renewed my ST and have chosen to pay monthly, but have not yet had anything through from the finance company. How long does this normally take? Do they send info by post or by e-mail?
