He's what, 6'4"? So he won't be weak, think its just a case of him using his strength and size more effectively but we'll have to wait and see if he can do that or not (same with his finishing). Yeah i think centre mid needs attention regardless but if we are playing with a front three it feels like we're an injury away from scraping the barrel for wide players.

I agree its too early to be judging him fully at this time but i dont think he can complain too much about service at this point. I really hope he can find his finishing ability and its encouraging that he is getting into positions to score....but he's missed alot of very good opportunities now

Superb overall today, Sakamoto, Sheaf and Bidwell in particular but just about everyone played well. Wright would have been right up in the ratings if he'd just find the ability to finish. Very frustrating from him, hope he can improve that aspect of his game as he'll score a tonne if he can.

I suppose id rather be in the position that we are creating chances and missing as that's probably the easiest to expect a change in (if the strikers can somehow rediscover their finishing ability). Just a bit of a concern that they need to sort that out asap really.

Not sure i can keep telling myself "we will come good" for many more games. That was such a frustrating game, not getting the penalty, concede an awful goal and miss an absolute sitter. At least we've got a nice trip to Preston coming up, always get something there don't we 🤣

It's not great at present but we've had seasons in the past where it looked pretty grim and then markedly improved. My biggest worry at the moment is the two new strikers not looking like they are going to score. We've had that with McNulty and Gyokores too but currently im seeing very few signs...

I think we will do well to get a point from this one. Will be interesting to see who starts up front, im assuming Godden will come back in for Wright but it very much feels like Robins is still searching for the best combination in the 3 we have.
