    Jones Injury

That quotes going back a few months, the Jodi jones thread from February. Didn't have much love back then did he! Question is was he a huge disappointment last year or thrown to the lions and exposed to early by a management team who failed to recruit players to help grow and develop the...

    Jones Injury

No it should but I've heard managers say in the past that they like a few weeks to change the system... I can understand for this week as we played Tuesday night so it's short notice to change and prepare. Me personally at a professional level you should be able to understand different systems...

    Jones Injury

Very little will change this Saturday, too short notice to go in with a new formation I'd imagine. Stokes will come back in and Haynes in front of him. Shipley or Stevenson will partner Doyle should Kelly not be ready. Grimmer hopefully will be back too. Morecambe in 2 weeks is when you will...

    Potential January Additions

I've found the solution!!!! This has been written in the stars since the summer... 3 initials! CBR! If I'm not mistaken he played a lot on the right for leamington last season cutting inside? Powerful, quick, eye for goal and may be happy to "come home" on loan to save our season! Courtney...

    Jones Injury

He's certainly not many, and in truth I'm not either. But now we can ask him to play a different role that has limited defensive responsibilities and give him a little freedom to roam the flank.

He's not for everyone I understand that but we need a ball carrier with a change of pace. He ticks both them boxes

    Jones Injury

Cheers[emoji106] No seriously we are.... windows closed. We've just lost our only forward minded ball carrier who's got pace, Haynes has a few similar attributes that may we'll see us through this tricky spell. He's got the odd goal in him too. Done it in previous seasons. A slight change in...

    Jones Injury

I'm going to throw all my faith in Ryan Haynes, this is where he steps up to finally shine in a more forwards role. I know I'm in the minority but he can fill the gap till January while we search for loans and go from there. When he has 8 assists and 6 goals by January.... ok let's not get...

    3-5-2?

Only if there told to be.... let's face it MR wants he forwards to be defensive. Haynes and Grimmer can push a lot more forwards comfortably and let Doyle and Kelly(if fit) do what they do. Grimmer and Haynes are the only players in the squad left who can run at players with that injection of pace.

    3-5-2?

    Personally I'd go --------------Burge--------------- -----Davies--Mcdonald--Stokes--- -Grimmer--Doyle--Kelly--Haynes-- ---------McNulty--Nazon---------- -------------Biamou--------------

    Jones Injury

Think you'd be talking only 25% of there wages surely at most and I cannot imagine there on much to begin with. It's a real tricky situation this is, loans in is the only way I see it this January and readdress in the summer for permanent players. We've nothing really to shift on for cash to...

Fans forum with Mark Robins tonight

Good question, honestly I've no idea. This is definitely a question to put forwards to MR tonight. Please can this be noted to anyone attending to ask?

Loan markets there, do your home work right on the players and hopefully that pays dividends. Plenty of time to work something out, could be the 1st week of February... that's season ending. All's not lost yet tho we're on our third roll of the dice this season. No reason why we cannot adapt...

    Jones Injury

I feel for him at a exciting time of his career, it's a big injury at a young age. Will come back only have to look at Callum Wilson. However this is CCFC, as a club we've still a minimum of 27 games to go and must continue. The key is getting to January still in touch with the play offs...

Another long shot, may not be one for Robins but maybe he could swing it.... any chance of a open training session in one of the half terms? I'm sure it would be possible when we've no midweek game so preparation time isn't limited.

I'd already asked 4 sensible questions, only fitting to throw in a unrealistic one. Leon Clarke is on fire this season. Possibly playing the best in his whole career.

Kyle Reid situation needs raising, does he have a future here in the short term? JJ- any news? Is McNulty still your 20+ man or are you looking at other options to compliment out attack? How realistic is it Duckens Nazon will extend his loan? Long shot - Can he try and lure Leon Clarke...

Match Thread Coventry City - Crawley Town Match Thread - Saturday 25th Nov

I'd not be dropping his for his dip in performance, he moved to cover the right back spot to help the side out, it wasn't his best games but I've not judged it on that. I'm more judging it on how I see the games going over the next few months and what qualities he can bring to the side. In my...
