Toughest run to date was the Peak District tough 10 that’s cancer Research put on last year. Turned into a walk / run just because of the terrain but was really good. Unfortunately they didn’t repeat the events this year!

I'd applaud him in the warm up if he reacts to the crowd, but I'm hoping he doesn't get a McSheffrey like welcome, applause every time he touches the ball, moves a foot, brushes a blade of grass, etc. That's was sooo cringe!
