I was replying to a post saying that Coventry fans don't want success. I could have equally mentioned the Entertainers side in the top flight or the side a few years after the FA Cup win that was sat in the top 6 for most of the season. These were moments of success, and I and everyone I know...

How many of them had played at that level recently-or even in their entire histories? Pretty much just Wimbledon, who had been punching over their weight arguably more than any top-two division side has ever done in this country.

I think they are worse than Richardson now, by some distance. He did a couple of bad things, they've pretty much constantly made terrible errors and treated the supporters with utter disdain-often in areas that have nothing to do with Richardson's legacy. And anyway, they can't hide behind him...

It wouldn't be though. We'd be the re-born Coventry City, as AFC are the re-born Wimbledon and Nuneaton Town are the re-born Nuneaton Boro. Newport, Chester...there's quite a few of them. And most are stunning success stories!
