    Internet cable splitter....

Like Nick said, I was talking about extensions I.E. to lengthen the cable via a shitty adaptor thing. Never again, it was like having fackin' dial-up. Hope your issues are sorted btw.

    Four fabulous goals

Yes, TM's approach can, on occasions, be very Keegan-esque. Last night was a needless spectacle, in the sense that we should have won by a three goal margin. To be fair, Barnsley never gave up.

    Adam Armstrong

The most natural goalscorer we've had since Keane and Dublin, with the added bonus that he has the confidence and swagger to out-strike both of the former players. I do worry though, that he'll be recalled or that his loan won't be extended. I just hope Newcastle see the merits of letting the...

    Gentleman's Hobbies...what, what...

I use the same excuse when I'm Lego freestyling with random brands and pieces, creating odd vehicles and cannon-mounted robots. ''Oh shut up, love, it's for Daisy. Just get back to your Holby, pfft."

    Kent recalled....

Personally, I pay little heed to the blatherings of Turner and Co (bit like Sooty and Co really) so I suspect Mr Crowley is correct. Klopp is just doing his job as a thorough manager, viz ze German proficiency ja.

    Walking Dead Season 6

Ah yes, I forgot about the comic-led material. Anyone played the Walking Dead game? Complete wank biscuits.

Where will we finish (POLL) ?

If that happens, I swear an oath that I will superglue my face to my car.

    Walking Dead Season 6

It does make you ponder where they can go with WD after this season. Perhaps it has run it's course, but maybe they have an ace up their sleeve.

    Video Wednesday v City 1995

I recall listening to this on CWR, oh how Rob Gurney nearly lost his wig in frustration.

Where will we finish (POLL) ?

Many factors involved in a top six finish: keeping hold of Armstrong is the most pressing. If we don't, well, I'd say we may tail off after Xmas and finish just outside the play-offs. If we keep Arma, reinforce the 'spine' in defence and drop Fortune like a sack of proverbial, then I think...

    Internet cable splitter....

I've had no issues with broadband splitters, however extensions nearly always affect the broadband speed. By at least half, in my experience anyway.

Tony Mowbray Mulling over a move for Ben Turner (I feel a '?' Should follow)

I'd love to see Big Ben back in Sky Blue, I was gutted when we sold him for pittance. Very good cautionary affix of a '?' where the CET is concerned though, 'cos those chaps would print TM's daily bog schedule to fill pages.

    Gentleman's Hobbies...what, what...

Now THAT is a mid-life crisis of epic proportions, mate. ;-)

    Walking Dead Season 6

Haha, I kind of enjoyed the change of pace from the usual scenarios - the Morgan character has always intrigued me and I'm glad we've seen him 'fleshed out' a bit. Poor ol' Glenn though, oosh, didn't see that coming.

To those who are staying away

There's a lot of logic in what you say, and I too felt this way up until recently; it's difficult to trust SISU and rightly so. I don't trust them per say, however it seems they've gambled financially on TM and his squad in the hope of attaining promotion and covering the outlay. If we don't...

    Gentleman's Hobbies...what, what...

Well, it's been too deeply buried to get my attention, pardon the unintentional pun. I shall look into that show, mate, thanks for the referral. :-) Ah, yes, Lego therapy - I have an occasional fumble around with it when the kids are snoring and the missus is blanking out in front of Holby City...

To those who are staying away

My point exactly, so those who WON'T start supporting the team again (as torchomatic stated) can't fall back on the old 'oh but SISU...' bullshit anymore. Our pride as a club is returning, so should the stay-aways.

    Gentleman's Hobbies...what, what...

As I'm hurtling towards 40 at breakneck speed, I've suddenly developed an interest in metal-detecting whilst chuffing through Castellan cigars... Even a few years ago, this would not have appealed whatsoever. Any of you chaps have any 'mid-life' hobbies that have suddenly appeared from nowhere?

    Family Stand

Ah yes, I recall the old classic: 'You're gonna get your fuh-kin' heads kicked in!' and more recently (directed at Beckham when we were beating Man Utd at Highfield Rd in '97): 'Does she take it up the @rse?!'. I guess it's 'taboo' when you're a kid, being exposed to such an adult-ish past-time...

Who watches American Football in the UK?

Ah, roight, Ted. ;-) Sorry, I did show a complete lack of knowledge in my post. As I said, if people like NFL, that's their prerogative - I just cannot abide blustering Yanks overbearing anyone who dares to refer to 'Sahcerrrr' as 'football'.
