CtK is along Winding House Lane, about 8 min walk. You can right or left leaving the car park and it only takes a few minutes to leave There's a small club house there with toilets and you can buy drinks and snacks including bacon rolls

You need a decent U23 squad. You might only get a couple of them graduating to the first team squad, but they won't even do that if they are playing in a poor team.

The problem with the older fringe players is that, unlike the U23's, they get no competitive game time.

A lot of kids stand out in their age groups but are often overtaken as other kids grow beyond them. That's a general comment as I know nothing about this lad, but remember Hyam came in as a development player

That's not boring, it's realistic. We need to hang on until we get the " fringe players who are never going to play" off the books and release wages to the budget

He won't need to pass a medical for the amount of minutes he would play

Half is better than us having to pay his full wage for zero appearances

I agree that the quality of training facilities might attract or put off potential signings, but surely we all know that the owners don't invest, it comes out of the club's revenue

Facilities do look low-key but money spent on facilities is money not available for the playing budget

So the game of "Spot the Unknown Player" is about to start..........

If they have decided he's not for them, and they still owe an installment, it might be a good deal for both club's if they gave him back and we waived the outstanding payments. Especially if we would have to spend more on someone else than they owe us.
