You have a point about the reason - but McPake was responding to reports he has put in a transfer request.
AT and cov telegraph do not mention the words "transfer request".
He just wants to play football and has had a chat with AT about weather he needs to move for that to happen. Now because cov mad reported this as a transfer requests (which in football means putting a written request to move) we are having to get a player to respond to the story.
No where in the Cov Telegraph article does it say put in or handed in a "transfer request". Just says he has talked to AT about the possibility of moving.
Cov Mad says he has put in a transfer request.

He has asked AT for a move.
A transfer request involves a player putting it in writing and losing his percentage cut in any transfer fee.
All previous shareholders still have shares in the club under CCFC Holdings, just that they are non voting shares. As the major shareholder could always out vote them - there is no difference.
He has resigned as director from:
Otium
SSBSL
CCFC holdings
CCFC

Otium - Mark Labovitch, Onye Igwe
SBSL - Mark Labovitch, Onye Igwe
CCFC holdings - Mark Labovitch, Tim Fisher, John Clarke
CCFC - Onye Igwe
It is ok to be in debt if you can afford the repayments - look at Man U.
We don't have to pay anything on our loans from sisu (based on last set of accounts) so we can afford it.
Dave Whelan has given £75m to Wigan in the form of a loan. He said he will walk away an write it off.
