Paterson has not been an 8 his entire career. I doubt we plan to convert him now.

I agree with this. I don’t think King wants out yet from what I’m told as the value hasn’t been created. He wants to ideally get us promoted and secure the stadium to get maximum value but knows achieving at least one of them will also create value.

I hope I’m totally wrong and he’s just what we have been missing this season but it feels desperate to me.
