I tend to agree. We signed too many duds. Lati, Binks, Thomas and Kitching are not as good as McFadzeen. Where's Wally in midfield and Wright not being arsed up front aren't helping him.

As the team is still in the building blocks stage(according to MR) here's a thought. If you want to press high, how about him and Bassette paired together. Makes sense as Simms can't press and Wright is reluctant, it might just work .

He was always going to shoot and whether he passes or not is irrelevant . Every number 9 takes that shot on. Even with his 14 goals I think he was a bad signing

I don't have a problem with blinkered strikers, they're greedy by nature but I do have a problem with Simms ... He's just not very good. Bad signing and we're lumbered with him
