    Haynes...

Unless by some miracle that he inherits some form of footballing ability, sense of positioning and learns how to tackle in the next ten years, he is going nowhere but down. Not one performance this season leads me to believe that the op is on nothing but a Friday wind-up. I would be delighted...

Is there a future for the kelly-evans brothers?

Ah yes another classic. Was also racking my brain trying to remember the name of the centre mid with the shaven head who played under Thorn? Ended up at Nuneaton surprise surprise!

Match Thread Coventry City at Cheltenham Town Match Thread - Saturday 28th Apr

Hope you’re right Sir. I’m ever the pessimist. I certainly think we need to shake it up in the defence but wholesale changes could also be risky.

Match Thread Coventry City at Cheltenham Town Match Thread - Saturday 28th Apr

Can’t recall the last time I was as nervous about a fixture as I am for tomorrow. Which CCFC are going to turn up? Failure to make the play-offs now would be unforgivable. How many opportunities have we been presented? I imagine the feeling would be fairly similar to that of being relegated...

Would we compete in League One?

I agree that this squad is better than the one that took us down with a whimper and it does have potential to prosper and grow. The problem we’ve had since relegation from the Premier League is that we have started from scratch each and every summer (both squad and manager) after constant...

Is there a future for the kelly-evans brothers?

They seem like a great pair of lads and obviously are sky blue through and through, but for me, neither cut the mustard and there’s no room for sentiment in this game. If we are to ever become successful we must shift the deadwood far quicker than we have done in recent years (Finch, Haynes...

    Player of the Year Awards

Player of the Season - Marc McNulty Goal of the Season - Biamou vs Swindon was pretty special Community Player of the Season - Carl Baker. It’s all he seems to have done since ‘signing’. Posing for selfies. Young Player of the Season - Bayliss without doubt. Special mention for Shipley Top...

Match Thread Coventry City at Cheltenham Town Match Thread - Saturday 28th Apr

To fail now would be as gutting - or even more so - than the Mowbray cock up. At least then we could see the inevitable nose-dive from January onwards back then (although to be fair that was for promotion back to the Championship and not to League 1 as is the case now). Every time we have...

    Camwell

Last night he was utterly diabolical. If he wasn’t issuing bizarre hospital passes, he would merely lose possession within a 5 yard attempt. Let’s put to bed the myth that he is quick, can beat a man or can put in a good cross. I’ve seen nothing all season to suggest that he should be playing...

    Saturday

Surely our old friends Yeovil owe us a favour. Hate having to rely on the misfortune of others but I honestly don’t think Jekyll and Hyde City can handle the pressure. I’m confident of a home win vs Morecambe but after last night, taking 3 points on Saturday will be a tall order.

I do believe in karma to a degree. Found a bag of money in Camden the other week, £1,500.00 inside and handed it in to the bank nearby. Bloke appeared as I walked out, to claim it as his. Just glad it fell into the right hands last night and wasn’t left with the youngsters!

Thanks mate. Spoken to the lad who has it and everything intact aside from the money (around £50.00), but a small price to pay. He overheard 2 Youths in the toilets after the game who were talking about their find so assuming that’s where it’s gone. Fair play to him going out of his way to take...

It’s been found. There really are some decent people out there! Someone on the forum has it so will collect later on today. What a relief.
