    A lot of the big clubs came and enjoyed a good punch up without it ever being on the radar and not a massive police presence. It was such a good walk up from the train station for them.

    Before they built the Exam board building and the Old Folks complex the Butts would of been a great site with a similar footprint to the CBS. It would of got a lot more footfall into the city centre too

    Parkside was a massive site, could of gone anywhere. There was talk of Cov RFC locating there in the late 90s.The Village site is massive too, I don't mean the actual hotel, I meant somewhere on that site which is now Coventry Business Park

    Parkside, Alvis Holyhead Rd or on the same site as the Village Hotel next to Canley Station on the old Standard Triumph site

    So many other locations near to the City Centre were available with all the factories closing down. About the CBS away fans say its stuck in the middle of nowhere but us home fans know that's not the case with many drinking establishments within a 20 minute walk of the ground, at least 20 I can...

    I feel exactly the same. Our recent form has really fucked me off. One bit of hope is both Leeds and Southampton stuttered into the play off final last year.

    Yes it's not very nice round there now and yes it was so hemmed in. You'd of never got people staying in a hotel there if it was rebuilt as it's a dump. Would of liked a more central location. Most away fans visiting don't really see Coventry, just drive straight off the motorway and then back...
