I think Asante is a situational player, a very good impact against tired legs or teams pushing on as he exploits gaps and space betwee/behind defenders really well.
His movement against Middlesbrough was very good but thats because he had the space to, I think Simms should start and unless...
Are you implying he’s not a good finisher, he’s played 270 minutes accross 15 games to me that suggests he’s still a good finisher just not got the legs anymore.
He’s shown across his career he can finish, I dont want us to sign him and he’s not been linked either
Hamer tucks quite a lot on the left could be quite open if we overload with MvE overlapping and Rudoni Underlapping Sakamoto.
(Treating is as if we were going to play Sheff U next)
Morris is better than Simms, also has PL experience 11 goals in 38 games…
Dolan has 13 goal involvements this season for a team who finished 7th, good competition for Sakamoto certainly better than Raphael…
Harry Darling or Latibeaudiere? Easy choice for me Darling
I’d like us to go after Yvon Mvogo experienced Swiss keeper played 11 international games. He’s Lorient’s number 1 in the Ligue 2, turns 31 in June and got around 400 appearances in his career and impressive stats in the Ligue 2 for a keeper
To be honest I think binks has the potential to be a good player he just needs gametime, whether we could loan him out might be a shout but if someone offers a reasonable fee dont see why we’d turn it down
