What are you currently listening to?

Don Henley - The End of Innocence. Very tame compared to my usual tastes, however I do enjoy Don occasionally. The track he did with Axl Rose is still really, really cringe worthy though. My Vitriol - Always Your Way Fantastic single, though it's hard to pigeon hole their style to one genre.

    The Plan

Scorched Earth, Fire Sale, I definitely concur. CCFC is a burden to them, through their own transgressions and failed strategies no less, so it's recoup, sell, strip and manipulate till they squeeze every penny they can out of our club. Like I mentioned elsewhere, we can expect the academy...

    SBS&L accounts 2016

Absolutely correct. Also, and I believe I can confidently speak for all of us here, if we as a fanbase take our club back (a la Portsmouth) I'd very much like to see oldskyblue58 installed as Chairman. Sir, your business proficiency and depth of ability in business is quite astounding. :)...

    It's a long hunt...

My bullshit filter went straight for the paragraph that contained: "still looking for a short term solution to the academy issue" which I've paraphrased. Bye bye academy, bye bye.

    Slade and the players

Indeed, it's a collection of technical errors, ones which can be forgiven if they're sporadic and innocuous, however this team makes grave errors in crucial areas. For me, the players don't lack confidence or abilty, they lack heavily in leadership and basically don't give a shit.

    Cars Thread!

My 206 Roland Garros edition has had some modifications to it, much to my surprise. It had the panoramic roof and leather interior as standard but it's definitely had a bodykit. Not overly chunky, but it stands out; most other 206's look flimsier and thinner in comparison. Try and get a pic up...

    Things that annoy you

It is, and I only ever spit if I cough up a piece of lung, it's even more revolting to see girls gobbing like it's a fucking trend. New annoyance for me: spates of temporary bastard traffic lights on my quick route into town. Nothing new you may think, but there's 4 sets between 3 miles and...

    Slade and the players

Even average players are capable of succeeding against greater or equal opposition, especially if they're a close unit and have an inspiring manager to propel them. On paper, some of our players are above average, they just have no inspiration to succeed or fight. Intrinsically, they are...

Wembley protest option 2 - sit in

Indeed, it's inevitable, but it's sober, non-violent protesting we need. Still, if it becomes messy and chaotic, perhaps that'll convey a message in itself.

Accounts Thread (Was called £1M pounds profit)

There was a Donald Fisher on Home and Away years ago, and funnily enough, he was a c**t as well. Interestingly, the only person I've know personally named Donald was a teacher, and yep, twattius Maximus. Must be some curse inherited by anyone named Donald, methinks.

    Sam Ricketts

I admire your optimism, however it's unlikely. Unless Slade goes before the next game and we have a Richter-scale seismic bounce that doesn't stop for 10 games or so. I agree, hope is never lost, we're still not relegated however if something dramatic doesn't happen before the weekend, there...

    Slade last night.

Makes you wonder who is coming up with the (lack of) tactics, if our Russ is allergic to tactics and systems... ...Oggy and his clipboard, oh Lord no...

What does Wembley mean to you?

A great day for a momentous time with the kids, undoubtedly, but to say it's a hollow achievement (reaching the final) is a major understatement. It's a chance for silverware, I get it, but God forbid we fuck that too or some of us will be griping about it for years. We can but see what the...

    Angry

I suggested an aggressive protest campaign at the end of last season, but so many shot it down, ripped it to pieces and settled for another season of failure and sorrow. My suggestion? Protest at Wembley. Big stage, plenty of media attention, get the message out - then for home games, let it...

    Takeover

Good point actually, about a potential takeover and SISU throwing everything into survival...they probably have tried, but in true SISU fashion, they've done it half-arsed and botched it by terrible organisational and management methods. Either that or they're playing it semi-safe in case any...

No, I'm not. Would you like to know why? Surprisingly, the answer has nothing to do with footballing politics.

Had a spin in a classic Porsche 911 a few years back, I officially have to own one at some point, because the acceleration on it was immense and the handling was sublime. Invest in a luxury car, or another wife...hmmm...

Seems Slade has realised how much of a disaster his tenure is, so is now deflecting blame. Naturally, it's SISU's fault, we know that, Russ...however, your ineptitude as a manager, coach and organiser has basically put pay to any chance we stood of staying up. Just spoke to my mate Steven, who...

    Takeover

Under Strachan, for me, we had our best-ish two seasons: 97-98 and 99-00. Plenty of memorable moments, for me personally. I still, to this day, maintain that had we won 5 or 6 away games in 99-00 we'd have been close to European Qualification.
