I'll be watching it tonight.

I don't mind the padding, myself, it's leading somewhere.

I am still a few episodes behind, i did think the attack on the compound was excellent and shocking at the same time! The walkers have just turned into an inconvienince now and just interupt the discussion/arguement!

Well, I watched it, and found it rather flat this week. Talk about padding the shit out of an episode...ordinarily I don't mind but that was a pad-fest.

Can't stand Abraham either, for some reason. And in the fucking jacket at the end, he looked like Colonel Sanders' illegitimate ginger brother ffs.

Not too sure what all that shit with him on the bridge was about.

I know, theres a flesh eating zombie there. Instead of killing him to get the rocket, I will try and wrestle him while dangling from a bridge while it is alive and trying to eat me.

Well, Sasha and her pearls of wisdom after he tries to go and knife every innocuous walker he sees: ''You're smarter than that, Abraham!''

No, he's clearly not, and like you said that bit at the bridge was just...odd. It was meant to be some sort of attempt by him to not kill every walker he sees, but the thick twat nearly got himself bitten. Very odd.

Just cannot warm to his character, I hope a walker chews his dodgy moustache off.

There was far too much trying to be sentimental. If you want the rocket off the walker, stab him in the head to kill him and be done with it. If you want a cigar then have one, don't stand about to take up 3 minutes of the show looking at them.

The guy's a good actor, Michael Cudlitz (?), it's just the character...it was a waste of time to spend so much focus on him, IMO.

Those cigars looked delicious though, jammy bastard.

Its going to keep plodding along like this until at least the mid season break isn't it. This weeks was a bit better but only really because it was based around someone who's been in the show long enough for you to actually bother about what happens to them.

Still not seeing why all this couldn't have been condensed into one episode. We all know it will end up with everyone back together.

I'm keen to see where this season is going, all of this padding has to lead somewhere...but I do feel the same, all these events over 24-48 hours could have at least been compacted into 2-3 episodes.

Can't wait for Negan though.

Anybody watched the most recent one yet? Watching now!!

Won't give it away though but it's confirmed something!

That was another flat offering, wasn't it? The dialogue and script are suffering at the moment...not that I'll stop watching.

Next week is the last one until Feb I think. So basically they will all end up back together and the whole first half the season will have been a giant waste of time.

Indeed, I'm starting to rescind on my previous remarks about being able to tolerate the padding and poor scripts...

Anyone thinking that the tower collapse wasn't accidental? Yeah I know the tanker walloped it, but still.

Would have thought they would be fixing that rather than putting 100000 reinforcements on a single fence panel. IF it was wobbly from being hit, you would push it down manually away from the fence.

Except for the person who is/was dead/alive and is now confirmed as being alive/dead.

Good point, it seems Rick and Skeletor need more meetings.

I've had a sneak preview of the mid-season finale, it's a 75-minute slapfight between Carl and the other kid over the emo girl.

That sounds another bore-fest. If it doesn't pick up in the first couple of episodes back next year I might be done.

They've killed off too many of the people you give a shit about. Then they've made Rick unlikeable and Carl annoying as hell. Carol and Maggie don't seem to do much so you're only really got Daryl left.

I liked him better before he was camp, myself.

I agree though, the core characters are losing their essence a bit.

Did anyone make it through the Fear the Walking Dead spin off? I managed about half the first episode. Made the main show look fast moving!

No matter how bad it gets (and personally i dont think its all that bad, i still look forward to it every week)...it will always be better than suffering Eastenders :D

Carl has always been an annoying turd but surviving a shotgun to the chest makes me think he is here to stay lol. Rick will come back to being the hero again, he's been unlikable before remember. So we still have Rick, Glen, Daryl, Carrol seems to be having some kind of sneaky story building up and Maggie is up the duff so theres more baby drama to come there no doubt. The last post zombie birth didnt go so well did it

Was it actually a spin off? I watched about the same and gave up, I thought it was completely separate?
