For Saturday?

May get his 15 games and an extension after all
Unless they are allowing the new manager to bring in a keeper he would like?

The goalkeeping position has almost been as big a joke as bringing in 24 strikers. We don't want Allsop, we do want Allsop, we're not sure if we want Allsop a day before he goes back, Allsop pisses off of his own accord, there isn't a lot out there but Burge can do a job, we've got Jones now although we are really pissed off he can't play against his parent club Preston, we're not sure if we want Jones a day before his loan deal ends, we'll send Jones back despite having only 2 inexperienced keepers at the club who now face a relegation battle...

To be continued.......Burge however is not the answer and Waggott has some serious questions to answer if we're left to deal with the rest of the season with him between the sticks.

We cannot change anything so who ever is in goal lets get behind him.
Burge is a young local player he needs the fans to give him some confidence.

He also needs a manager that brings out the best in him.

Hopefully we will bring someone else in. Don't want to be relying on Burge in a relegation scrap.

FFS, give it a rest with the "bully boy Pressley" insider bollocks.

Was told by a player that Burge has been shamelessly treated since the Worcester cup-tie !

Makes you wonder what Oggy actually does for his money.

Not defending Oggy here, but many previous goalkeepers have praised Oggy for his coaching, in fact Oggy was the only positive thing Allsop mentioned when he left. What do you expect him to do with a young keeper who is learning the game and many are yet undecided as to whether he will be good enough?

Bruge on Saturday? As much as I'd like to visit, Belgium isn't on my bucket list

I would have thought he would have had more of a say before things got so critical....and I believe the present position along with the league one ARE critical.

Waggot says they are evaluating options after ending there pursuit of Kirkland, they could go back in for Jones but are looking at other keepers as well.

I was always critical of Oggy being here but when i said it to a former academy goalkeeper he said he is excellent and he has worked with him a lot more than me!

Cannot see what the issue with Jones was. He was the best we've had in the sticks this season by a country mile...although that's not to say the standard has been high. Not looking good for Saturday!
