I'm DerekFaulkner - i'm on here waiting for GMK to get fixed.

That Dawkins is a know it all, thinks he is the 'voice of the people' in Coventry - the reality is he knows sod all more than anyone else about what's going on, doesn't go to games (especially away ones) and just because he has had a pint with Gary McSheff and Jordan Clarke he thinks he is the mouthpiece of the players. Self important tosser.

Giving it loads on his social media about making statements/responses, issuing his own press releases in a way. He's a complete prick. And The Enemy are crap.

I agree with you. The Enemy are crap. But just about everything else is right. Voice of the people? No. But saying what most people are thinking. Or are you saying that nobody should say anything and we should just let this pathetic situation that we find our club is in carry on without at least asking questions?

And you will have a long wait for GMK to be fixed. It has been crap for about 4 years now.

You're misinterpreting what my problem with him is - generally speaking i couldnt care less about the statements he makes or the questions he asks about the club. It's more his general manner, he really thinks he's a bit special, whereas in reality he's just bellend who has been to maybe 5 cov games in his entire life. What makes him the voice of authority? Just another sad social media self promoter.

This place is much better. You are allowed an opinion on here. On GMK you have to agree with the masses (5 people with multiple accounts) or get constant verbal attacks.

So are you saying that what he says and the points he makes are wrong? By the look of it most people agree with what he has said. He isn't trying to take the club over or pretending to do so. But he is slightly more high profile than the rest of us so has more chance of getting his and our point across. What is wrong with that? You normally stick up for people with a higher profile than the rest of us. For instance Les Reid, Nikki Sinclaire.....................

Problem with Poole, Eakin, & Linnell, is they have known Presley for a couple of years now, and they have probably become good friends with him. I think that's the nub of the problem. Local journalists and radio reporters will inevitably have their views compromised by having an almost daily contact with Pressley. I would imagine it would be very difficult to write a scathing assessment of Pressley's managerial ability, knowing you have to interview him the very next day.
Pressley's stock has only really fallen over this season, for large parts of last season, a lot of fans were singing his praises. During Pressley's honeymoon period when at least on field the team was doing ok, I would imagine that the local media built up a very cordial relationship with him, now the wheels have come off big time, they simply lack the guts to properly criticise his recent disastrous decisions.

He's saying he's giving it loads on social media, and infers he is in some authorative position. Must admit, I didn't see that bit in anything he wrote.

Like playing players out of position, Making subs at the wrong time....subbing the wrong players......or both, trying to defend when losing, always wanting Webster in the side when we played much better when SP had to make a forced change.......could go on.
