Of all the comments so far they have been on the side of a 'return' being almost inevitable. An almost whopping 75% of you.
So those almost 25% must be in disagreement with the basic premise that we will return? I'd like to hear your opinion also?
This is not a slanging match or trying to weed out those who think otherwise but searching for opinion out of interest. Perhaps the rest of us are missing something in our thinking and may yet have a change in our thinking?
I just believe we will return as the absurdity of the Ricoh not being properly utilised and the thought and difficulty of building another stadium in the area seems a long shot even the most ardent Hedge fund would likely have second thoughts about.
