A thread Ive just read says SISU trawl this site

If so I challenge them AND the council to seperately invite a group of true city supporter from the many fans sites to meet and explain their plans for the club

Its time if they are serious about city they involved the fans and listened to them

SISU because they need to hear - Council because they are supposed to represent the people of coventry's views not personal opinions

There are many fans like myself with a business background who would give them a fair hearing - without any aggressive approach offerred by the minority.

No Im not a SISU fan but now is the time to pull together as a team for the good of the SKYBLUES - like it or not SISU are the owners

Enough is enough lets get back to Coventry and unitedly move forward. Pressley, the team and the fans deserve it SISU - as you do to get your money back

Personally I blame all sides - ACL the Council and SISU equally for the position we are in

THEY MUST TALK AND IN MY OPINION MUST INVOLVE THE FANS

No offence, but most posters have worn themselves out on this and I'm not sure they've got any more powder left in their kegs (ooh missus!)

Not sure what the Council are meant to do? SISU don't want the Ricoh (it's only Plan B;), honest) unless they can get it for diddly squat (which I assume is why they're back off to court).....we may have to wait 'til the end of November until the next instalment. Lord knows what happens if we go on a cup run, get Man Utd away (no offence, Wombles) and pick up a few quid, maybe SISU will build their field of dreams? It's like that TV series Lost, that was interesting at first but became increasingly unintelligible!

You need to recognise that the Council do not have a plan for the club they don't own it!! SISU own the club and should have a plan..... but the only plan they have is destruction of our club. Sure CCC / ACL have some degree of accountability but SISU have 98%. They not the council have it within their gift to return CCFC to its home City. SISU are accountable, and they don't care about you or any of the thousands of City fans they have betrayed.

Cheshire my experience of the council is they have no plans everything is reactionary its an ego thing with them - what would SISU gain from destroying city

people keep saying this but can someone please explain how would they!

Both sides should put the past to one side and SORT IT then both sides can win it just needs compromise

I would prefer as Im sure they would - SISU out but they aint going so TALK PLEASE

SISU have called the fans in, I went to one of the forums and witnessed for myself that fact that SISU are not interested one bit about my or any other fans opinion or feelings.

I understand that football in general cannot continue the way it has been run since Sky bought the heart and soul of the 'peoples game' and handed it to the rich as a play thing. I agreed to an extent with the business plan that SISU had when they took over, frustrated with the lack of transparency, but could see the arrival of Scot, Dann, Westwood etc etc and when the 1st 2 were sold I assumed it was for re-investment / buy half the ricoh or something. Only to see no real investment, just more up and coming players going.

ACL/ CCC for me have done very lttle wrong, they finished the Ground off when the club couldn't, they have tried to re negotiate, and when a hedge fund have tried to destablelise an asset that contributes to the Local Authority they have protected it.

Do I think that the Football Club should be united with the arena? Hell yes. Do I trust SISU to have the free hold of the arena? Hell no! Not without very strong and tight strings attached. They need to continue to run the club as a business, but they need to run it as a Football Club at the same time. Engage with the fans, be open and honest. I'm in the NOPM camp, I know it is not helping the players or staff and that this situtation is not their doing. But the arguement that NOPM is putting the club at risk doesn't wash with me. SISU have put the club at risk by the way they have treated fans. If they want my money treat me as a customer, as any successful business does. Engage with me, understand my wants and needs, then fullfil them.

Continue to stick two fingers up at me, and I'll continue to not to give you any of my hard eraned. I'm realy excited about the footbal at the moment, just very sad that I cannot go and enjoy it. But I'm finding lots to do with my saturdays, don't know how I ever managed to fit Footy in. If SISU want to listen to my opinions again and are willing to be open and transparent, I would be willing to listen. If they shared their plans for the future, not this crap about land for stadiums ine 'the Coventry area'. But what land, what timescale. Answer questions like 'when will the books be filed?'

The council could, possibly should be more open, but I (We) can do something about them with our vote. Can't do anything about SISU though can we?

A simple honest answer would suffice from Sisu but alas we are still waiting for things like accounts to be filed, information on new grounds and exactly where were players registrations to name a few. Sadly challenging Sisu is only likely to end up with more spin than a fucking tumble dryer. This talk of our imaginary new stadium makes me laugh, Tim Fisher is looking more and more like Barney the Dinosaur every day.

thank you for serious views, of course we all have different views on the rights or wrongs

the common element is we want city back in the city

there must be a compromise solution that safeguards both the club and sisu's interests and allow us to watch the exciting team SP has built

PLEASE TALK TO THE COUNCIL AND THE FANS and get us back

Considering that some of the more deranged and rabid posters on here were threatening to turn up at his kid's school and threaten them, it is not surprising really is it?

Joy Sepalla won't talk, had an open invite months ago to have a heart to heart with councillor Ann Lucas but has not responded and that says it all. Now it appears she has removed Tim Fisher as spokesperson and replaced him with Steve Waggott for now.

In that case Joy please meet up and talk tell us what you are looking towards

meeting true fans will help you see the damage you are causing us LIFE IS NOT JUST ABOUT MONEY

STOP HIDING AWAY AND FACE US

If you think SISU will have a meeting with genuine fans, let alone suddenly decide that life isn't just about money then you are quite honestly deluded.

Sisu are here for their own reasons, not football. How can you not see this?
