There is no way they could ignore sky blue flares going off all at the same time on jimmys hill.

The cameras would definatley pick that up.

Dont know how sucessful they are during the day but night games would be funny :)

Sky won't ignore it anyway, even if it was only a couple of hundred on the hill they are bound to show it, especially if they talk about why there's only about 50 home fans there.

Instead of an illegal pitch invasion, maybe if everyone brought a circus animal like an Elephant or Giraffe, No Lions or Tigers though (Too dangerous and lots of potential legal problems) and let them loose 5 minuted before kick off.
Now THAT would make great T.V.

Someone bring Robin Williams and we've got a very average family adventure.

I mentioned this on an earlier thread...all the supporters on the hill all bring an air horn and on the 18 & 83 minute give them all a 30 second blast, to signify the birth of our club - get a press release to Sky to let them know why we are doing it, this would be picked up the mic, maybe you release the flares at the same time? the effetiveness will depend how many people actually go on the hill, peaceful but very noisey = bring your ear plugs...

i just think staying away from the ground would be the best option if there are no fans there the place will look empty and that will be a big statement from the fans and will be seen live on tv even more so if there are more away fans than home fans.

An empty Stadium, it wont happen as fans will go, it will just look like poor support...at least with the hill idea it shows the support is there for the team, however not the owners

there is poor support for moving to sixfields:)
i think there is going to be an issue with the hill as i think it will be fenced off it will be agreat idea if it can be done i think the police will try to stop it though:(

Sevilla fans did something similar with tennis balls. I reckon city v Shef U game at Sixfields get 30/40 fans with tennis racquets 10 balls each outside the ground with SISU out printed on them hit them onto the pitch over the stands. Not going to hurt anyone.
Will cause a delay of the game and any photos of the balls will have SISU out on them.

,how about thousands outside with whistles (and earplugs) blowing them repeatedly surely the refs whistle would be drowned out
/That's it.... imagine a few thousand going into Sixfields with whistles, Hackney Thunderers is the correct name for proper referee whistles and when the game kicks off all just keep blowing them, the game couldn't proceed, doubt it is a criminal offence either all though you could be thrown out I suppose, so throw out 4000, take an hour.Game would be called off.

I understand why some fans are so hell bent on the NOPM campaign that they are sheepishly following the trust with. (*awaits replies from the hundreds of you who happen to claim you came up with the idea yourself) But there will be a lot more impact & coverage of us being there & doing something for 90 mins (plus before & after the game/during half time) than the 30 seconds it takes sky commentators to say 'not many fans here bob.. Your right Phil... Clubs moved grounds & fans aren't happy...' Then to continue to commentate on the game.

A full to the brim ground all causing LEGAL disruption to the game by blowing whistles/air horns singing non stop chants regarding our owners for 15 mins (think 5 is too short) all blowing up 20 odd balloons each & then all leaving at once. Partying outside the ground for the remainder of the game on the hill wilst belting tennis balls over the stadium etc followed by a Noah's ark of animals being let through the turnstiles to join the game/help clear the balls & balloons up.

This would create a full potential delay in the game & then some distribution all aired on tv. Showing a potential crowd of the world see that the support for the sky blue men is still there but we want our club back.

problem is most FL games on Sky have loads of empty stands, just saying don't turn up won't look any different to many games on sky.

I still believe the "Empty Ground" message is the strongest.....

..BUT if you are going to encourage fans to attend on mass to protest, why not all threaten to invade the pitch for the first 5 mins.....but then suddenly ALL leave the ground.

A mass Exodus.

Everyone just turn their back & walk out.....

....then assemble on jimmys Hill for a huge City conga.....the cameras would love it & no-one gets nicked.

This would be a great protest, however would they let us leave the ground on mass?

Been kept back in a few grounds back in the day due to violence but can't see how they could justify not letting us leave. . . . especially as by stopping us leaving, they could in theory create a dangerous situation.

This game is a couple months away yet, but if we are still at sixfields and nothing else has changed, a mass exodus in front sky would be great PR for the KCIC campaign.

Could they stop us???? They cant lock us in?????

Even if they don't open the gates, people could leave their seats and go to whatever concourse area is behind the stands at Sixfields.

Empty seats, but loud chants of "SISU out" would be an interesting one for the cameras.

A mass walk out - so pay sisu, fill the ground, then don't watch the game! Once the game has started, the cameras don't fix on the stands. This has to be the most ridiculous idea yet!

From the picture Jimmy's hill has a great view if you really have to drive 70 miles for a home game watch it there! That will most definitely grab the attention, and sisu cannot get their thi=ugs to rip the sisu out banners away from people. NOPM is the only way forward like it or not!

Nah I've said it before but if it's a Sky game why pay SISU anything? Have a peaceful protest outside before the match (which Sky will cover in the pre-match coverage, even if it's just cutaways) and then go to a fine Nothampton public house to watch the match. You can at least have a drink then.

Agree that the Sheffield game is an ideal one to make some sort of statement but must be organised ad above all peaceful.

One game revenue will not keep SISU floating above water for very long at all, it wont even cover he court costs they have to pay for ACL now either haha. It is something never done before and will be massive. Try and keep it as quiet as we can and inform the SHEFF UTD fans they might be up for it. Sky will love it

SISU have deep pockets and unfortunately it may take a couple of seasons of loss making to make them sell up, coupled with fantasy stadium not being built to perhaps kick the football league into action.

While there is naturally a worry of criminality, a thousand fans in a peaceful sit down protest on the pitch would take a while for the police/stewards to carry off ... even half an hour would upset Sky's schedule. Sky would hate it. So would the league if everyone held up a small poster detrimental to them. Unfortunately, something like this needs planning and commitment - would be a bit of a damp squid if people bottled it on the day.

Why do people believe SiSU have deep pockets, their investors will be going spare at present. Expectation is to be getting yields of 20 to 30% from this type of investment, US & European markets starting to build momentum, why would you keep throwing money in this particular pit?

Keep the pressure on NOPM

I know its already been said but stands empty of ccfc fans has to be the most effective way of protesting against us playing in sixfields

till sisu go i will not go to another home or cup game, but for this game with the right protest i will do go to the sheffield utd match.
overvthis past week ive heard a few people say how vicious the atmosphere felt in the sky blue end at crawley. if a protest involving filling sixfields is to go ahead then this atmosphere is a must. i like the idea of just leaving after 5/10 minutes and the tennis ball idea, it would have an impact.
this has got to be a peaceful protest so any feelings towards st holders should be left to ourselves. they probably hate this as much as us (well apart from crazy political pete) and may well be made up of families. it has to be aimed at sisu and the fl and no-one else

haven't read all the thread so sorry if duplicating anyone

But it seems simple to me

mass protest on the hill for every sky live game more outside than in

No worries about trouble or anyone being arrested
