Let just start again? (1 Viewer)

Don't you just think that the only way to get rid of sisu once and for all is to just start again

Lets get a new team at the Ricoh, a new team in the Eco league if that's where we need to start, a real Coventry side playing at the Ricoh. Yeah sure for a few years we will have very little support but honestly how many people will be going to six fields every other week for the next 3 years

I don't think nopm will work so is it not best to start again and pass the sisu run team on the way back up?

But we have to face the fact that sisu will totally destroy our club before anything else

I think it's more fundamental than that. If this whole sorry saga tells us one thing it's this: this is no longer our club. It's SISUs and they don't give a shit about anyone else.

The hedge fund have no interest in the fans or the football, and don't reflect what we're interested in. The club is a pawn in their battle to wrest control of a piece of real estate, and as such, it's no longer ours in any way. We have no control and our voices go unheard.

Sorry, but for me I don't even recognise what it's become anymore.

Absolutely, we're not turning our back on the club, we're turning our back on sisu. We own the club, we have the history, whatever we say is ccfc, is ccfc, wether it's in league 1 or midlands alliance.
Acl need a team, they, and ccc need to do a deal. Question is, can we find a league at this late stage?

Agreed Gary, I can't understand how people never saw this coming and acted before now

I guess so, as the fans are the ones who really hold the golden share.

But, this whole episode cuts like a knife and my teddy is currently flying around like an Exocet missile.

Lingerie or stuffed bear?

And where will your heart be when there is nothing left of our club?

I am left with many great memories over the years. If their latest plan to get hold of the Ricoh fails we will not have a club for much longer. They will see us as a failed business. We will be gone. Nothing unusual for them. They have slowly taken us lower each season.....in fact not even slowly. We are now Div 3, playing miles out of Cov in a stadium that holds 7,000 and with a squad full of kids.

What do you think we will have next season......if we last that long :censored:
