Pretty sure SISU won't get anywhere with this. Council have a 50% stake in ACL so would surely be seen as protecting their existing investment.

Think Sisu are scraping the barrel with this one ! shows them for what they are ... think they have shot themselves in the foot here !

wrong, the only reason the council had to step in was because sisu were trying to bankrupt acl, protecting a company that was doing nothing wrong against an attack like this is morally correct whatever the court rules.

im hoppin for the one thats legally right mate wichever one that is an i dunno which it is as i ant a lawyer an i dont have all the facts

once its done ill say whichever side loses is totally in the wrong for that bit will you

You are the one who started the thread. I just think that the only reason SISU would do this is to make ACL bankrupt. Hence they might get a chance at buying the ground on the cheap.

But I ant no lawyer neiver.

wonderful moral high ground you take and yet you are worried about being called a sisu rent boy

I just want what is legally right aswell try asking some sisu Tim boy to pay the rent owed first before you get on your transparent moral high horse

Then tell sisu to shut that door ,Larry....................on there way out

Thats the problem the council has used public money to bail out a private firm thats where the problem lies i think thats the only ground for this action.plus sisu hang around some more.

sure, if they have done something wrong they have done something wrong, but the OP was saying I assume we will all condemn the council if they lose the court case, I was saying I wont condemn them for this even if they lose because I believe what they were doing was morally right and while I know the law doesn't work like this I will criticise people who are doing morally wrong but legal over someone doing morally right but illegal.

They will lose and when they do how are they paying the legal costs? Will it be SISU who pays or will they just load even more debt onto CCFC and then think they are within their rights to ask any potential buyer to pay for their incompetence?

This is basically a legal case against the City of Coventry so against CCFC fans, an absolute disgrace.

two wrongs dont make a right

Are you really that bad at counting Larry???
Septic, and Fisher are the King and Queen of the "Wrongs" wouldn't you say?
Yet (If proven) CCC and ACL have done something illegal(Which I very much doubt)
Your moral "High Ground" looks a bit pisspoor, in retrospect don't you think?
