Jimmy Holmes

Sad story.

I also read earlier that Jimmy Holmes has Alzheimers :(
 
That’s sad but becoming all too common now.
Vaguely remember him playing before he left for Spurs.
Have spoken to him on a couple of occasions over the last 15 years or so and he was a smashing chap on every occasion.
 
I'm sure he went out with a very pretty girl from Allesley Park and I believe they got married.

Apparently In his autobiography there's a mention of his wife whose name is different to one I thought, but then I could be mistaken.

Apologies if so.

It came for my mum but she was older at least. Your wife was no age to get it. I’m sorry. Very hard on you and the family too
